The Strategy

Every market place face the chicken-egg dilema (without users how will bring partners, and without partners, how we will create the content to bring users?) – So we decided to do the following:

“I got early access and used the app in one of my trips. It works great! The UI can be improved and I would love to be able to connect with other people travelling. But for an initial version it looks very promising!”

My approach

Before Covid, I tested the idea building a very simple prototype, where I added a list of 20 (most-visited) cities and links to Google Maps routes with details and analysed the traffic generated during 6 months.

Once we detected people were clicking the links (we can’t confirm if they actually followed the tours) we decided to start building the app.

We started building a PWA, but since there were some features we couldn’t get access, we decided to migrate it to a Flutter App.
