How to invoice your customers: Xolo.io

In this very short article, I would like to answer the question that most of my friends keep asking me. How do I invoice my customers?

The answer is pretty simple, I am using xolo.io, a platform that can be used as a Freelancer or as a Company. I am including here the link with my referral code, and you can get 100EUR starting bonus. Feel free to use it (or not).

I have used Xolo.io not just as a Freelancer, but also to open a company (Klivr Oü) to be used to invoice the Klivr.com customers.

The main difference between Xolo Go (for freelancers) and Xolo Leap (for business) is that you need an Estonia’s e-Residency, and you have to pay monthly to use Xolo Leap, but Xolo Go is free, and you only pay when you invoice your customers.

I also have been asked about the features or limitations of the Xolo Go account, and to be honest, the only one I found is that you can’t integrate it with payment gateways, so you can’t use it to set up recurring payments in your site.

If we want to analyze how good is their support in case of having problems, I have to say that it is excellent. I recently decided to close the Klivr Company and keep only my freelancer account (Xolo Go), and since I decided to do it, I received a lot of information and support from their side to complete all the steps to get my company closed in Estonia.

Finally, I have to say they offer other services, for instance, to help you to generate the Annual Tax Report, and in case of need, you can contact them to get more specific questions answered.

I don’t want to talk more about this service since I consider their website contains a lot of information already, but if you have any questions feel free to contact me and I can always extend the information in this article.
