We don’t have a strategy defined to bring new projects or ideas to the team. As we mentioned, we are a group of friends, so we often talk, share a beer, or do any other activity, and it is then when the ideas show up.
At the same time, our customers and friends recommend us to other people, and we talk about the different options to develop the product or service they want.
So we don’t have a process or a clear defined way to bring customers to Klivr, we don’t even search for them or advertise to catch the attention of companies. We just work by recommendation, and we decide if it is a good idea to work with us based on the project needs.
In case we can’t bring value to our customer, we try to connect them with other companies, from Argentina or Spain, to ensure the end in good hands to work with.
