At Klivr, we just talk about technologies and projects. We are not a formal company since we do this in our spare time, and just for fun. We are a group of friends working in different areas for companies developing different products, from small businesses like gyms to big companies specialized in logistics.
Quite often people ask us why we don’t make from Klivr our main business, and the answer is because we can’t live with the income we generate. Nothing wrong with being honest, right? And we don’t want to build the next unicorn, we are not obsessed with building an idea and getting funds to explode it. Money is not our goal… we want to keep this space to think in products or services that could potentially make our lives or jobs easier.
What type of projects are we interested to work on?
- Any prototype to learn new technologies and research if it is possible to do something we have in mind.
- Any MVP to test a business concept.
- We prefer to not develop websites for customers, since the challenges implied will not bring us any extra knowledge or experience, but money. Of course, we do some exceptions, sometimes because the person who contacted us needs help (people are more important than projects), or because behind the website there is an extra work to do, like research market, marketing, etc.
- Teach and learn. We love learning by teaching. Sometimes we have friends who need help to learn a new technology or concept, if we know it, we are more than happy to teach, but if we don’t, then we also enjoy the process of learning together.
Our main goal is to keep active and learning, if we can make an extra profit from it, great!
